Shift into your Power  

I work with many personal trainers in helping them grow their businesses and it’s amazing how many feel they don’t deserve success and stay hidden.  Shifting into your power is about being unapologetically, authentically YOU. Not everyone will like you, although you feel aligned to you and you serve at the highest level. We spend far too much time worrying about what others think, when this could be best served towards actualizing our highest self, I call it the Super Self.

When you move about your day in your OWN POWER, you become a magnet, to the people, the business and the life you desire to attract. Things start flowing, success starts to compound, revenue increases, relationships deepen, impact soars. Your asking, how can one shift into your power? First, we must clearly identify who the old self is, let that go, then move into identifying very clearly the new self, this higher version and embody it, every single day. 

Second, the environment plays a crucial role, you can’t expand if your being sucked dry, you need to be around an environment that enriches you, which includes the people, your living conditions, gym, work, friends, wherever you spend most of your time and this does include what you put in your thoughts daily.Third, personal integrity, if you say your going to train, then train, if you say your going to make 5 sales calls, then make 5 sales calls.  Are you sticking to your personal commitments when nobody is watching?  Use these 3 tips and watch the shift take place.
